IRTECHFUND

The Iranian Technology Development Fund Building is located within the Iranian Science and Technology Park in the iLand Special Economic Zone, Parand, Tehran. Conceived as a contemporary workplace for an institution supporting innovation and technology-driven enterprises, the project establishes a distinctive architectural identity within the emerging science and technology campus.

The design brings administrative, meeting and collaborative functions together within an efficient and flexible working environment. Its spatial organisation prioritises clear circulation, natural light and adaptable workspaces, creating a professional setting that encourages communication, knowledge exchange and future growth.
